Orders for stock items at Zenvia Jewelry can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Custom-designed pieces from Zenvia Jewelry cannot be cancelled once the design phase has been approved and moved to production.
Stock Items: Zenvia Jewelry accepts returns on stock items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all certificates and packaging intact. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns at Zenvia Jewelry.
Custom Items: Custom and bespoke creations at Zenvia Jewelry are non-refundable. We work closely with you during the design process to ensure the final product meets your specifications.
